Our client, a SaaS company, is hiring Office Manger to join their team onsite in their San Francisco office. This is a temporary position with an open-ended duration that will continue based on performance and the needs of the business. The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient workplace.
Job Duties Include:
- Oversee daily office operations, keeping shared spaces clean, organized, and functional
- Track office supply inventory and manage orders for office and facility-related needs
- Coordinate space planning, office moves, and workstation setup
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, candidates, and third-party vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for office inquiries and support requests
- Foster a positive work environment and help employees thrive
- Support administrative tasks and assist with cross-functional projects as needed
- Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned
Job Qualifications Include:
- Experience in office or facilities management
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and resilience in an evolving environment
Salary: $37.00 - $43.00/hr
