We are looking for an experienced, reliable, organized person that can prioritize, research, and solve problems on their own. Ideally, you've done this job or a similar one before and know something about computers.
Day-to-day includes:
- Office maintenance
- Managing insurance policies
- Expense reconciliation and other purchasing support
- Employee logistics, including: new hires, dismissed employees, visas, etc.
- Recruiting assistance
- Organizing events and activities
- Maintenance of records and admin audits
