Job Details

  • Responsible for customer service.
  • Invoice and process payments from customers.
  • Support the accounts payable process.
  • Provide standardized reporting.
  • Support the sales team.
  • No travel expected.
  • Based in Plymouth, MA.

What will this role involve?

  • Entering orders from customers.
  • Answering customer phone calls.
  • Invoicing customers.
  • Managing accounts receivable.
  • Entering invoices received from suppliers.
  • Providing reporting on outstanding balances, unpaid invoices, etc.
  • Answer sales inquiries on pricing, availability, etc.
  • Ad hoc reporting.

What we're looking for?

  • Prior experience in either customer service or bookkeeping.
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Experience in using QuickBooks a plus.
  • Ability to exercise tact and good interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Ability to be pro-active, with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate technical documentation.
  • Highly motivated.
