Looking for a long-term career Office Manager to report directly to VP of Operations.
Must have a positive attitude, be assertive, confident, kind, and be able to work with different types of personalities.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5 years experience with a company that with at least 40 employees.
Fluent in Quick books, Sales Force, MS Office and Banking Knowledge.
Must be able to manage and delegate in a busy office environment in which the office manager will be responsible for coordination between multiple departments, customer service, and many office duties.
