Our client, a global investment management firm, is seeking a temp-to-perm Office Manager/Receptionist. The role will sit on-site 5 days a week in their Greenwich, CT office from 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests, showing them to meetings, offering refreshments
- Coordinating with building security for external guests
- Managing conference rooms schedules and calendars
- Ordering and setting up catering in the office/cleaning up after meetings
- Answering main reception line and directing inquiries to the appropriate internal department
- Ordering groceries for the pantry and general office supplies for the office
