Job Title: Office Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, customer service, and back-office support in Golden, CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and staff
  • Efficiently schedule jobs and dispatch technicians to optimize workflow
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and service orders
  • Manage invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Utilize ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms for scheduling, job tracking, and customer communications
  • Collaborate with field staff to ensure successful job execution and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve conflicts with professionalism
  • Provide support with HR and payroll tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Experience in dispatching or scheduling strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or comparable CRM software is highly preferred
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
  • Industry experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is helpful, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $60-$70k+ Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
