Job Title: Office Manager Our Client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations, including scheduling, customer service, and back-office support in Golden, CO.
Key Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day office operations and serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and staff
- Efficiently schedule jobs and dispatch technicians to optimize workflow
- Maintain accurate records, files, and service orders
- Manage invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Utilize ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms for scheduling, job tracking, and customer communications
- Collaborate with field staff to ensure successful job execution and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and resolve conflicts with professionalism
- Provide support with HR and payroll tasks as needed
Qualifications - Prior experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
- Experience in dispatching or scheduling strongly preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or comparable CRM software is highly preferred
- Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay composed and effective under pressure
- Industry experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) is helpful, but not required
