FPC of Ocean Springs is a national search firm focused on delivering high-quality candidates to manufacturing companies . Currently, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Administrator for a privately owned manufacturing client in Elizabethtown, NC. This position will manage a multifunctional staff and report directly to the owner of the company.


Responsibilities

Manage small team of professional/administrative employees

Functional responsibilities include:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Human Resources
  • Insurance
  • Logistics
  • Information Technology

Key role on company leadership team


You'll be a great fit if you:

  • Are currently in one of these roles: Controller, Office Administrator/Manager, Director of Admin or Accounting Manager/Supervisor
  • Have a Bachelors in Business/Accounting
  • Have experience managing a team of 5-10 employees
  • Have 5-10 years overall experience, with proven experience in accounting
