This position will manage a multifunctional staff and report directly to the owner of the company.
Responsibilities
Manage small team of professional/administrative employees
Functional responsibilities include:
- Bookkeeping
- Human Resources
- Insurance
- Logistics
- Information Technology
Key role on company leadership team
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are currently in one of these roles: Controller, Office Administrator/Manager, Director of Admin or Accounting Manager/Supervisor
- Have a Bachelors in Business/Accounting
- Have experience managing a team of 5-10 employees
- Have 5-10 years overall experience, with proven experience in accounting
