About the Company
Our client is searching for an Office Manager for a high-profile position. The ideal candidate is self-motivated but also able to take direction and change tasks quickly. The Office Manager will be cross trained to back-up multiple positions so you will be wearing a variety of hats.
Responsibilities of the Office Manager
- Maintain communications with vendors and employees
- Responsible for sales order entry
- Assist with inventory cycle counts
- Ability to problem solve customer issues
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Preferred Qualifications of the Office Manager - Must have excellent communications skills
- Must be organized and a team-player with the ability to analyze and problem solve
- Must be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
The Office Manager role is fully onsite in Dover, OH with a salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
