Responsibilities of the Office Manager:
- The Office Manager will supervise the front desk, serving as the main point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Take charge of payroll preparation, ensuring timely and accurate processing to support our dedicated team.
- Reconciling monthly bank statements with precision and efficiency.
- Review invoices, making copies, and forwarding them to the relevant departments for approval, streamlining our accounting processes.
- Manage all check requests and invoices diligently, date-stamping them to maintain accurate records.
- As the first point of contact, the Office Manager is responsible for handling calls and general inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Showcase your exceptional organizational skills by assisting with scheduling and calendar management, optimizing team efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications of the Office Manager:
- Previous office support experience
- Accounting experience
- Positive attitude.
