Office Managers Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle bill payments and monitor company expenses.
  • Post and reconcile checks and other financial transactions.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting as needed.
  • Manage employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
  • Conduct background screenings and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee timecard validation, ensuring accurate employee work hours before payroll processing.
  • Process payroll, including deductions, benefits, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain employee records and handle confidential HR documentation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain office efficiency by organizing files, managing supplies, and overseeing vendor relationships.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc projects and administrative duties.


Office Manager's Qualification:

  • Experience in an office management, bookkeeping, or HR related role
  • QuickBooks Online Experience Preferred
  • ADP Experience Preferred

Salary: $50,000-$65,000
