Office Managers Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable, including reviewing invoices, issuing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle bill payments and monitor company expenses.
- Post and reconcile checks and other financial transactions.
- Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting as needed.
- Manage employee onboarding, including new hire paperwork, background checks, and orientation.
- Conduct background screenings and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee timecard validation, ensuring accurate employee work hours before payroll processing.
- Process payroll, including deductions, benefits, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Maintain employee records and handle confidential HR documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing files, managing supplies, and overseeing vendor relationships.
- Support leadership with ad hoc projects and administrative duties.
Office Manager's Qualification:
- Experience in an office management, bookkeeping, or HR related role
- QuickBooks Online Experience Preferred
- ADP Experience Preferred
Salary: $50,000-$65,000
