Manager to

final weeks. Candidates available for an immediate or quick start will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, benefits coordination, and performance reviews

Manage accounts receivable, financial reporting, and serve as a billing backup

Maintain firm technology and serve as liaison to IT vendors
-
Oversee general office operations, including supplies and vendor relationships

Support firm culture through event coordination, internal communications, and marketing tasks
The Ideal Candidate Has
-
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology or related field

3-5 years of office management experience, preferably in a law firm
-
A tech-savvy, solutions-oriented mindset
-
Proficiency with Quickbooks and Office 365 is required.

Supervisory experience of administrative staff

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills

The ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism
