A rapidly growing company in the early stages of scaling its internal operations is seeking a high-performing Office Manager & Front Desk Coordinator to join the team on-site. This is a role that blends front desk responsibilities with internal office management. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or has up to two years of post-grad experience, possesses a strong work ethic, and is eager to grow within the organization. This is a role with the potential for long-term internal promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, receive packages, and serve as the face of the company at the front desk during business hours.
- Oversee office supply inventory, order replacements as needed, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate daily operations, facilities requests, and vendor communications.
- Assist with setting up and managing corporate systems and processes.
- Support HR, IT, and Workplace teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and propose operational enhancements.
- Participate in company events and foster a welcoming office culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; ideally 0-2 years out of undergrad.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, dependability, and initiative.
