Job Summary:
The Office Manager for our Richmond location will oversee all administrative functions, ensuring the office operates efficiently and effectively. This role involves managing office procedures, supporting team members, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. Has a strong personality to get things done and drive day-to-day field operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, providing excellent customer service
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide necessary training
- Process invoices, payments, and maintain financial records
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Follow up on inventory completion
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior knowledge and experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
