Office Manager - Executive Support
Lubbock Open Door is hiring a high-performing Office Manager to lead daily admin operations and provide direct executive support to our CEO. This is our most senior administrative role-a trusted position at the heart of our mission.
What You'll Do- Manage the CEO's schedule, email, and communications
- Coordinate internal systems and team operations
- Welcome donors, visitors, and partners professionally
- Keep files and logistics organized and flowing
- Support internal communication across a growing team
You Might Be a Fit If You:- Have 3+ years of administrative experience
- Have supported an executive or director in the past
- Are highly organized, communicative, and proactive
- Are comfortable in a faith-rooted, mission-driven org
- Live within commuting distance of Lubbock, TX
Perks & Pay:- $50,000-$60,000 salary (DOE)
