Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting using quikbooks, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Process electronic payments and monitor banking activity.
- Prepare financial reports and support monthly/year-end closing procedures.
- Oversee business tax filings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
Administrative & Office Management
- Oversee general office functions and serve as the central point of contact for vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain records for company permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and field personnel as needed.
