As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Manager to support our daily operations, assist with accounting, manage contract documents, and handle a variety of administrative duties.

Position Overview for Office Manager/ Accountant:

The Office Manager will play a critical role in keeping our office running smoothly and efficiently. This person will be responsible for general administrative tasks, light accounting support (AP/AR, reconciliations), basic contract and lease review, and coordinating office logistics. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

This role is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities of Office Manager:

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with event coordination.

Accounting Support:

  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
  • Help with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.

Contract and Document Management:

  • Review real estate contracts, lease agreements, and vendor contracts for completeness and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and transaction documents.
  • Coordinate signatures and follow up on required documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an office manager, administrative, or bookkeeping role.
  • Familiarity with real estate operations, contract documents, or property management is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and proficiency with Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be local to or willing to relocate to Winter Park, CO.
