Position Summary: Position Summary: ANSER is seeking an Office Management lead to manage office processes and efficiencies supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy (OUSD(P . In this key role you coordinate and manage office processes and support coordinating with executive principles and program management to ensure office tasks and requests are completed in a timely and efficient manner. You partner with the program manager on overall program performance. Day to Day Responsibilities: Provide correspondence support for logging, reviewing, distributing and monitoring correspondence through CATMs and FOIA requests. Oversee records management developing and maintaining files for office records management and coordinate with executive secretaries regarding records management, to include schedules and dispositions Manage incoming and outgoing mail Facilitate building access, information system access requests and common access card (CAC) requests. Coordinate with program manager on the execution and completion of program contract requirements oversite. Communicate with program and team managers on challenges affecting the timely and effective delivery of services Manage and lead government contracting staff Other program and office and team management duties as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Will consider additional twelve years of experience for a total of 24 years demonstrated experience providing executive level administrative support to senior executives in the federal, military or commercial space 10 + years demonstrated experience providing executive level administrative support to senior executives in the federal, military or commercial space. 3+ years' experience managing and leading teams in environments similar in scope and scale to the Office of Secretary of Defense. 2+ years of executive administrative experience supporting high level government or military entities at a level similar to Secretary of Defense. Demonstrated experience supporting executive principals in high paced environments. High proficiency with DTM, CATMS, and DoD Instruction 5045 Demonstrated high proficiency with MS office suite. Current TS/SCI security clearance. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience managing a small team of direct reports.
