Position Details: This direct hire role is full time, hours operate between Monday - Friday and typically be 9:00am - 6:00pm (occasionally fluctuating due to planned events that end between 6:00 - 8:00pm). No late nights, no weekends. Business professional dress code and standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $19.00-21.00 USD per hour, DOE.

ResponsibilitiesThis Office Hospitality Coordinator is a direct hire role and is full time and performs office services work. Hours will typically range within M-F: 9:00AM- 6:00PM. - Engage with client directly
- Coordinate with the client's Facilities Team regarding office procedures to provide both client's staff & clientele with a "white-glove" experience
- Assist fellow Hospitality team members with event planning, day-of set-ups & tear-downs, and event debriefs
- Order, manage & organize supplies / supply inventory
- Collaborate with a team of 10-20 people
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
- Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
- Assist with basic scheduling & handling of vendors, AV/IT, and catering
- Perform other tasks as assigned
QualificationsQualifications: - Must have access to reliable transportation to reach locations not on public transportation routes
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
- Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
