Office Furniture Lead Installer

Salary Range: 25$ to 30$ hourly

We're seeking an experienced Lead Installer / Mover to lead office relocation and FF&E installation crews. You will install modular workstations, private office setups, conference rooms, and manage FF&E deliveries, placements, and setup in commercial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site crews for moving and installing modular and casegoods furniture systems

• Interpret floorplans, install drawings, and FF&E specs from design firms or general contractors

• Install systems furniture (Herman Miller, Steelcase, Teknion, Knoll, etc.)

• Oversee white-glove FF&E deliveries and placement in offices, lobbies, and model spaces

• Communicate with clients, PMs, designers, and vendors

• Train junior crew members and ensure safe, efficient workflows

• Maintain detailed job records, document site issues or changes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead commercial furniture installation and moving experience

• Familiarity with designer-specified FF&E installation

• Ability to lead crews of 2-6+ team members

• Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Valid driver's license with clean record

• Ability to read blueprints, install drawings, and handle power tools

• Strong communication, time management, and customer service skills
