Job Description

This is a responsible clerical and customer service-oriented position relating to Hazardous Waste Facility operations according to established Clean Earth's standards and procedures.

An employee allocated to this position requires clerical related abilities. Work requires completion of tasks within established methods and procedures.

Responsibility (Not Inclusive)
  • Telephone contact with customers
  • Assist Managers with general tasks
  • Assists in preparing incoming and outbound manifests, along with labels and all accompanying paperwork
  • Routing and separation of manifests and related paperwork for further processing
  • Assists in providing quotations to customers and bid preparations
  • Prepares Facility Inspection report for Facility Manager to complete and sign
  • Prepares copies of Certificate of Disposal for customers
  • Customer contact on Accounts Receivable including Past Due accounts
  • Produces related reports as required
  • Performs related work as required
Qualifications
  • Must have High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with computers and computer programs.
  • Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, Access or similar computer programs.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, disposal facilities, transportation personnel and co-workers.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to various situations.
  • Must possess good organizational and communications skills.
