The Office Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative functions of the agency as well as manages internal agency communication. This role uses organizational skills and a positive attitude to provide support for company operations by maintaining procedures, and managing internal and external agency communications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure the agency is operating smoothly.
- Ensure the lobby, conference rooms, kitchen, and public areas of the office are clean, stocked, and presentable.
- Greet guests, vendors, and clients at the front
- Support leadership's requests for client and vendor visits. Interact and collaborate with leadership, clients, and vendors.

Experience Requirements:
- Administrative Support Experience - Experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role.
- Customer Service Skills - Previous experience interacting with clients, vendors, or leadership in a professional setting.
- Organizational Skills - Experience managing multiple tasks, maintaining office supplies, and keeping common areas organized.
- Communication Skills - Ability to handle internal and external communication effectively via phone, email, and Slack.
- Event Coordination - Some experience setting up meetings, ordering catering, or managing event logistics.
- Technical Proficiency - Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Drive), Slack, and Zoom for communication, scheduling, and office coordination; familiarity with mail/shipping platforms (FedEx, UPS, USPS) is a
