Responsibilities - Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner

- Assist with scheduling, office supply inventory, and mail distribution
- Support team members and departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all handled information
Qualifications: Qualifications
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
