Description We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team in Charlotte, NC. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office and ensure organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail
- Maintain accurate records and update files and databases
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Perform basic bookkeeping and inventory tracking
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and other written materials
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
