Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Clerk to join our administrative team in Atlanta, GA. The Office Clerk will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing various clerical tasks, organizing files, handling correspondence, and supporting office activities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Answer and route phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents, and memos
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Qualifications

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in an office or clerical role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team
