Job Description:

Experience (thorough knowledge) with:

  • Microsoft Office (including Teams AND Excel)
  • Ability to sort, update, and develop spreadsheets (Tracking equipment (tablets, phones, etc
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies.

Additional job duties would be:

  • Managing security access for internal systems
  • Tracking equipment orders through the process to ensure nothing is missed and fiscal get what they need.
  • Managing internal system helpdesk tickets
  • Analyzing and assessing reports generated from internal systems.
  • Correcting data integrity errors
  • System configuration
