Moody Associates is a CPA and Consulting Firm headquartered in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Our firm specializes in accounts payable recovery audit services, unclaimed property recapture and prevention controls for Fortune 500/1000 Clients worldwide.


As we continue to grow, we remain in search of highly motivated individuals to be a part of our team. Requirements include general office experience, documentation skills, dependability and extreme attention to detail. Must be extremely organized, as substantial multi-tasking is required.


Principle Responsibilities:

  • Contacting vendors to request statements of account
  • Contribute to the success of the firm by helping others accomplish/complete audit jobs; learning new skills needed by the team and finding new ways to contribute to the teams' success.
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Working independently and with others

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Strong documentation skills
