We're seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality Office Services Associate to ensure smooth operations across multiple office functions. If you're a natural leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $23/hr to 24/hr
  • Location: Washigton DC

Facilities (30% weight) - Candidates must have:

  • 3+ years of facilities management experience
  • Ensure the office is maintained to the highest standard by managing office supplies, cleaning schedules, and general upkeep.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs and office maintenance as needed, ensuring a smooth and safe workplace environment.
  • A keen eye for facilities and detail
  • Experience working closely with multiple vendors & contacts

Operations (50% weight) - Candidates must have:

  • Some experience with food inventory management
  • Ability to restock coffee machines, snack inventory, soda & liquor cabinet, etc.
  • Experience rotating stock (stock w/ expiration dates - regardless of type)
  • Willingness/Ability to change nitrous, kombucha, ice coffee, and maybe beer kegs

Front of House (20% weight) - Candidates must:

  • Be confident enough to cover a reception deskBe confident enough to communicate with guests and high-profile visitors
  • Be technology savvy (critical since this is a tech company)
  • Be able to pivot quickly when needed
