The office assistant will be responsible for office organization, file maintenance, and other administrative and scheduling tasks as they arise.
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible, highly organized, and self-motivated. Paid training will be provided by our current office administrative staff. You will be working alongside a team of our in-office staff.
Responsibilities: - Assist in answering the phones to help our caregivers/clients with anything that comes up.
- Assist in scheduling duties when needed.
- Organize and maintain client and caregiver files, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in creating compelling marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.
- Be proactive in identifying and completing other tasks that require attention.
- Communicate effectively with the Owner/CEO, HR Manager, Schedulers, Caregivers, and Clients.
Qualifications: - High school diploma, pursuing a degree in any related field.
- Must be a reliable, enthusiastic, high-energy individuals with a fun, outgoing personality.
- Willing to travel out to our clients when needed (not often).
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, self-directed and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of the senior care industry or experience working with seniors is a plus.
- Excellent organization skills and detail oriented.
- Strong desire and willingness to learn and gain experience in the field of healthcare.
Experience: - Prior experience preferred but not required.

Compensation: Job Details: - Job Type: Part-time / 20-30 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Position starts as part time but there are opportunities to grow into full time based on performance.
- Start Date: Early to Mid June, exact date TBD depending on candidate's availability.
