Office Assistant
Location: Burtonsville, MD
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (30-min lunch)
Work Environment: Onsite
Pay Range: $18 - $22 Hourly based on experience
Ultimate Staffing is working with a compassionate and committed client seeking a Office Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Review timesheets and verify clock-ins/outs for 40-50 staff using Paychex
Assist with entering schedules in Paychex (as needed)
Manage emails from clients and internal teams with professionalism
Maintain and update internal staff schedules
Set up and tidy conference room for meetings
Greet clients upon arrival and direct them appropriately
File paperwork and manage office documentation
Track certifications for PCP staff
Answer and route incoming calls from clients and team members
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Paychex
Prior administrative experience; HR or DDA experience a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Comfortable handling confidential information
