CyberAg Feed Company specializes in providing agricultural commodities to our customers. We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Kearney office. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. If you have previous experience as an office assistant, we'd like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Create, send and file invoices; receive payments
- Maintain feed tonnage reports, per state requirements
- Open, sort and act on mail correspondences
- Write, answer and check emails
- Support team with various administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as required
Experience
- Administrative, office or personal assistant experience required
- Knowledge of Google Workspace required
- QuickBooks experience required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High School diploma or GED required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
Schedule: 2-3 afternoons a week.
