Responsibilities:
Classify, sort, and file correspondence and other documents.
Operate office equipment such as copiers, computers, and fax machines.
Collate and assemble printed materials.
Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems.
Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages.
Sort, distribute, and deliver mail and other documents.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Experience:
Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in operating standard office equipment (e.g., computers, copiers, fax machines).
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Dependable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
