We are seeking a welcoming, highly organized, and proactive Office Assistant, Workplace Operations to join our Boulder team. This role is at the heart of our office experience-serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and visitors, and ensuring a seamless, positive workplace environment each day.
On-site only - hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM

What You'll Do
Reception & Front Desk Operations
- Manage front desk operations and reception coverage daily from 7:30 AM - 4:00/4:30 PM
- Greet and assist all employees and visitors, providing office access and information
- Set up and reset conference rooms, stock office supplies, and perform daily space walk-throughs
- Prepare for new hire arrivals-sharing WiFi info, office procedures, and general orientation
- Ensure reception and communal areas remain tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Coordinate incoming deliveries and facilitate drop-offs
- Monitor guest check-ins and issue visitor badges, supporting office access and safety protocols
Workplace Operations Projects
- Support employee badging and access process
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events
- Coordinate catering orders and lunch service setup
- Work with the Office Manager to schedule maintenance and vendor visits
- Manage incoming mail-sort, scan, and maintain confidentiality for sensitive items

Qualifications
- 2+ years in an office, administrative, or customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
