JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant/File Clerk to join the PARR/3 Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to Parr 3's Operations Manager to ensure efficient functioning of the office. The Office Assistant/File Clerk will assist in various tasks ranging from answering phones, distributing mail to general office upkeep. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize & Distribute incoming mail
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, & reports according to written or verbal instructions
- Ensure office cleanliness and tidiness
- Assist in special projects and other tasks as assigned
- Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone & voicemail systems, personal computers, & other standard office equipment
- General office upkeep such as watering plants, taking out garbage, stocking refrigerator, etc.
- The scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- High school diploma, or equivalent, required
- Clerical experience preferred, not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs

Flexible Schedule:
- We are looking for someone who is self-reliant and motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Working from our DTLA office, this position requires at least 40 hours per week. We are flexible in the way we manage time and schedules, based on client needs, and with an eye towards a healthy work-life balance.
Supplemental pay types:
- Guaranteed annual bonus with transparent revenue-based structure
- Commission available for business development
- Employee referral bonus
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to occasionally transport objects up to 25 lbs, including navigating two flights of stairs when necessary
- Must be able to occasionally move or position objects weighing up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position and operate office equipment, such as a copier, for extended periods
- Must be able to occasionally position self (eg, bending, kneeling) to access file drawers and other low storage areas, for extended periods
