We are a fourth-generation family-owned construction company seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Assist with purchase orders and accounts payable
- Perform filing and general office tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate extension
- Welcome and assist customers at the front desk
- Handle a variety of daily administrative duties using basic office technology (e.g., Microsoft Office, email, and accounting software)
Qualifications:
- Strong basic math skills
- Good basic technology skills (e.g., proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software)
- Basic understanding of accounting is a plus but not required
