Job Title : Fleet Coordinator

Location : Spokane, WA

Duration : 03 Months contract (Possibility of Extension)

Pay rate: $23 per hour on w2 basis without benefits


Scheduled Days and Time: Monday - Friday , 9 AM - 3:30 PM, 30 MIN LUNCH


Description:

PT fleet maintenance coordinator position.

Basic Purpose:

Under direct supervision provides departmental assistance on all clerical functions as required by specific department, including customer service.


Responsibilities:

Order, Receive, Stock, and Inventory all parts for fleet maintenance department.

Issue and Receive purchase orders for all vendors associated with fleet maintenance parts and or service.

Daily tracking of fleet maintenance expenses.

Screen calls and assist drivers experiencing equipment trouble on the road.

Dispatch service vendors to make emergency roadside repairs.

Complete monthly fuel tax report.

Drafts, updates and revises correspondence as requested.

Maintains and updates internal systems, databases, spreadsheets, logs, etc.

Monitors supply usage within the department and places orders when necessary.

Attends department staff meetings, trainings, etc. as needed.


Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent


Related Experience:

3+ years of clerical admin exp required. Fleet Exp preferred.


Skills:

Computer Literate - Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, Access, Outlook), 10-key by touch skills, have telephone Etiquette, able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, and detail oriented.
