Position Overview: Our client, a leading Investment Firm, is seeking an energetic and resourceful Office Support Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our investment professionals. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and supporting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support including calendar management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Assist with client correspondence, document preparation, and presentation formatting
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure the office environment is organized and professional
- Support compliance and recordkeeping processes in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and help manage confidential documents securely
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordination of internal communications
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Support team-wide projects, events, and initiatives as needed
Qualifications: - 2+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Professional demeanor with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
