About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, flexible, and reliable Office Administrator to ensure our busy law office operates smoothly. If you're the type of person who's ready to wear multiple hats and always shows up with a great attitude, we want to meet you.


Responsibilities:


• Answer and route phone calls, greet guests


• Support a senior attorney with coffee, lunch orders, and daily tasks


• Open the office and prep for the day


• Order office and kitchen supplies, restock as needed


• Handle errands (office-related and occasional personal tasks)


• Check and sort incoming mail


• Keep shared spaces tidy and organized


• Provide general administrative and receptionist support


What We're Looking For:


• Friendly, team-oriented attitude


• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching gears quickly


• Punctual, dependable, and proactive


• Willing to help with both office duties and occasional errands


• Tech-savvy and flexible with office software (Mac, Gmail, Outlook, etc.)


• Willingness to occasionally adjust hours (not required, but a plus)
