Office Administrator Position
Central London law firm requires an all-round office administrator to provide administrative support to the operations and running of their office, as well as perform some PA duties. Experience in a law firm is not required, so long as you have at least 12 months' experience in an office support role.
Expected duties include but are not limited to:
- Compliance / anti-money laundering procedures.
- Organising travel, diaries, and meetings.
- Sorting incoming and outgoing mail.
- Dealing with suppliers, contractors, IT, landlord, etc.
- Liaising with clients.
This would be an ideal opportunity for someone who has accumulated some administration experience in a local firm and is looking for a stepping stone into the city. Genuine long-term prospects and a chance to make the role their own and learn new skills.
