We are seeking an Office Administrator to join a large global Oil & Gas company in Houston, TX on a part-time (around 30 hour a week) basis. This company handles the transportation of gasoline and jet fuel via a fleet of ships. This office in Houston is primarily on the operations side of the business and is looking for an Office Administrator to help with basic office items like stocking pantry, mail, ordering lunches/breakfast, greeting visitors, and planning office events.
Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 7am - 1pm and potential remote work on Fridays
Responsibilities
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience within an Office Administration role
- Ability to handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, catering lunches, organizing mail, and greeting visitors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Annual salary for this position ranges from $45k - 52k for part-time hours around 25 - 30 hours per week.
