Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the organization. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and maintain an organized workspace.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, data management, and scheduling.
  • Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all records are up-to-date.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar clerical role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Docs, Excel) and general computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
