Job Summary:

Avail Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations and personnel administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to communicate effectively across departments. The Office Administrator will play a critical part in maintaining employee records, managing workforce data, and promoting workplace safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately enter employee timesheets into the company database and ensure timely submission.
  • Generate timesheets for new hires and manage completion and filing of all onboarding documentation.
  • Prepare orientation materials and coordinate onboarding logistics in collaboration with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update the daily manning roster to reflect real-time staffing levels.
  • Complete and file Corrective/Disciplinary Action Forms (COS) in alignment with company policy.
  • Monitor and track employee badge expiration dates, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
  • Organize and support company safety events to reinforce a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to promptly address personnel needs and administrative support requests.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, HR support, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Pay will be determined at interview with the intention of direct hire after 90 days.
