Job Description Summary/Objective: As an Office Administrative Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our team by performing essential clerical and administrative tasks. This includes data entry, file management, and providing invaluable information to management.
Essential Functions: - Efficiently operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phones, and computers for various applications including spreadsheets and databases.
- Organize and maintain both paper and electronic filing systems for easy access to records and correspondence.
- Complete forms and documents following company procedures meticulously.
- Prepare copies of correspondence and other essential documents.
- Draft, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports promptly.
- Plan and coordinate meetings and travel logistics effectively.
- Justify and verify transactions for company purchasing card accurately.

Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to sit for extended periods and perform some filing duties, which includes lifting files and accessing filing cabinets.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, with expected hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel: No travel is anticipated for this role.
Required Education and Experience: - High School diploma or GED
Preferred Education and Experience: - Previous experience in an office environment
