Office Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Greenwood Village. In this intimate office environment of just 10 employees, the right candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling incoming calls.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records and filing systems for easy access.
- Assist with data processing for accounting and project management; prepare and generate reports as needed.
- Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies and coordinating with vendors to ensure smooth functionality.
- Welcome visitors and address general customer service inquiries professionally.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as required to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities independently.
- Self-motivated with a professional demeanor.
