Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Westchester County, NY. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, managing phone communications, providing executive administrative support, handling clerical duties, and ensuring effective communication within the office. The role aims to support the efficient functioning of the office through a range of administrative duties. Room for growth.


Responsibilities

Including the following (not limited to)

  • Client Communication and Assistance
  • Tax and Bookkeeping Data Entry
  • Maintain Appointment Scheduling
  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Support to all staff
  • Various other clerical duties as requested

Qualifications

  • Skills in Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
  • Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in an office environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in office administration is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
