Job Description
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mails).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual - English/Korean Required
  • GED or Bachelor's Preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management skills
