Essential Duties, Critical Success Factors, Responsibilities, Authorities, and Required Interactions:
Distribution Clerk who will be responsible for pulling customer sales orders from finished goods inventory promptly, ensuring all finished goods are stored in the proper inventory locations in the warehouse, and monitoring/maintaining an accurate and up to date inventory.
• To accurately pull domestic, international, and subsidiary sales orders from inventory.
• To accurately pack and ship sales orders
• To work in a safe manner adhering to all Phenomenex policies.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Attention to detail, pay specific attention to tasks
• Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors/defects

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily indoors in an office, laboratory, or warehouse setting; wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate; higher level of noise may be prevalent in laboratories or warehouse settings. While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to travel or work necessary overtime.
Safety:
Assists in the creation of a culture of safety and environmental protection by performing work safely in accordance with company and departmental safety procedures. Work may be exposed to hazards or hazardous materials requiring use of personal protective equipment to prevent exposure. Operates equipment safely and reports any unsafe work conditions or practice to supervisor. If there is an accident or near miss, they must report it to their supervisor immediately.
