Cypress Employment has a client in Mobile in need of an Office Admin/Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have experience with the following


  • Quickbooks

  • Accounts Payable and Receivables

  • Handling Workers Comp Tax Documents

  • Assisting with Audits

  • Entering Payroll

  • Experience keeping a General Ledger

  • Plus aditional Administrative duties


The Schedule is flexable. Monday- Friday.

Benefits inlcude Medical, Dental, and Vision covered by employer. Additional family member will be addtional to the employee.

PTO after 1 year of employment.
