We are one of the fastest growing Tequila brands throughout the state of Texas through our off-premise and on-premise relationships. The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is a lover of Agave Spirits, just like us. If you are charismatic, love interacting with people, and have a knack for building strong relationships, you would be a perfect fit for our growing team.
What You'll Do:
Market and Mobilize Utilize your market knowledge and relationships to expand our footprint in both new and existing off-premise accounts in your designated territory. You will be the face of the brand and will be responsible for building your network of brand ambassadors across your market.
Educate and Inspire Lead tequila tastings, staff trainings, and education sessions to share our passion and brand. Support training and development initiatives for wholesaler off-premise team and with key off-premise accounts.
Merchandising: Implement and maintain merchandising standards, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials. Coordinate with retail partners to ensure adequate stock levels and optimal product placement. Organize and participate in promotional events and tastings.
Feedback and Follow-up Gather insights from the market and feedback from customers to enhance our offerings and strategies.
