The Chicago office of Kaufman Dolowich, recognized by U.S. news in their list of "Best Companies to Work For - Law Firms", is seeking a senior insurance coverage attorney with 7 or more years of experience. The candidate will be joining a fast-growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys across the country.
Experience in the areas of D&O, professional liability, cyber, financial institutions and/or fidelity and crime for its growing practice is preferred but not required.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze insurance policies to identify coverage issues.
- Draft coverage opinions, reservations, and disclaimers.
- Handle insurance coverage litigation.
QualificationsEDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Insurance coverage experience.
- Superior academic credentials from a top tier accredited law school.
- Member in good standing of the Illinois bar.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.
The total annual compensation range for this position is $165,000 - $225,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base salary, Kaufman Dolowich offers an annual discretionary bonus, performance-based bonus, unlimited PTO, professional and client development, and a full comprehensive benefits package.
