What You'll Do
As the OEM Product Manager, you'll be the strategic powerhouse behind their OEM product portfolio-bridging market needs with innovative product solutions tailored for their partners. You'll lead product strategy, drive customization, and collaborate across functions to grow their presence in the OEM segment.
Here's how you'll make an impact:
Shape and execute OEM product strategies aligned with the company's vision and market trends.
Champion OEM requirements during the development of their standard products.
Lead specific OEM product initiatives from concept through launch-hardware and software.
Represent OEM customers in R&D discussions for tailored solutions.
Conduct market intelligence to spot trends, needs, and opportunities.
Work hand-in-hand with engineering, sales, and marketing to bring customized products to life.
Build lasting relationships with OEM clients and gather insights to refine their offerings.
Support the sales team with training and go-to-market materials.
Monitor product performance and continuously improve.
Who You Are
You're a product leader working in the HVACR or BMS industry who thrives in cross-functional environments and loves turning market insight into meaningful action. You're analytical, collaborative, and passionate about building solutions that scale.
You'll Excel If You Have:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in BMS/HVAC or OEM sectors
A strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for customer-centric innovation
Proven experience managing full product life cycles, including customized hardware/software
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bilingual (French and English) is a significant asset
Willingness to travel occasionally, including internationally
